TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS — byVIRGINIA

Welcome to byVIRGINIA. By accessing or purchasing from our online store at byvirginia.gr, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. General byVIRGINIA operates the online store at byvirginia.gr. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products We offer aromatherapy and room decoration products, such as scented candles, room sprays, car air fresheners, reed diffusers and decorative statues. All prices are in EUR and include the applicable VAT.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed after payment is completed. We accept payments via credit/debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. byVIRGINIA reserves the right to cancel an order in case of an incorrect price or lack of stock.

4. Shipping We ship to Greece and selected countries in Europe and beyond. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed upon order completion. byVIRGINIA is not responsible for delays due to customs or courier services.

5. Safe Use of Products Scented candles and fragrance products must be used safely. Please follow the safe burning instructions that accompany your order and are available at byvirginia.gr. byVIRGINIA is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

6. Returns & Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at byvirginiax@gmail.com. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property All content on byvirginia.gr, including images, text and branding, is the property of byVIRGINIA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Personal Data Your personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at byvirginia.gr/policies/privacy-policy.
