🛍️ ORDERS

How can I place an order? Simply select the product you like, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. We accept payment by card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us immediately at byvirginiax@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify it.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and weight.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive? For Attica: 1–2 business days with Box Now, 1–3 business days with ELTA Courier. For the rest of Greece: 2–3 business days with Box Now, 2–5 business days with ELTA Courier.

Can I pick up from a locker? Yes! We work with Box Now and you can select the nearest locker during checkout.

How will I track my order? After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order in real time.

What do I do if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? Contact us within 14 days of receipt at byvirginiax@gmail.com. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

What happens if I receive a defective product? Contact us immediately and send us a photo. We fully cover return and replacement costs.

What are your candles made of? byVIRGINIA candles are made with selected raw materials for maximum fragrance performance and safe burning.

How long does a candle last? Burn time depends on the size of the candle and is indicated on the packaging. By following the safe burning instructions, you can maximise its lifespan.

Are your fragrances suitable for people with allergies? We recommend carefully reading the ingredients of each product. For specific questions, please contact us before purchasing.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Are my payments secure? Absolutely! We use the Shopify Payments platform, which has SSL certification and meets the highest security standards.
