At byVIRGINIA we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return policy carefully.
1. Right of Return You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to state the reason, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in excellent condition
- Is in its original packaging, sealed
- Be accompanied by the proof of purchase
3. Products that are NOT returned Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:
- Candles or scented products that have been opened or used
- Products that have been damaged by misuse
4. Return Procedure To initiate a return:
- Contact us at byvirginiax@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
- Indicate your order number and the reason for the return
- We will send you instructions for sending the product
5. Return Costs Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Defective Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at byvirginiax@gmail.com and we will fully cover the return and replacement costs.
