At byVIRGINIA we make sure that you receive your order quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Companies We cooperate with the following courier companies to ship your orders:

• Box Now - Delivery to a Box Now locker of your choice, available at hundreds of locations throughout Greece. Ideal for pickup whenever it suits you!
• ELTA Courier - Delivery to your home or to the nearest ELTA store.

3. Delivery Times

Islands	3-5 business	3-7 business days

 

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order completion based on weight and destination. Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount.

5. Order Tracking After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the progress of your shipment in real time.

6. Shipments Outside Greece For shipments to other countries, the costs and delivery times are displayed at the time of order completion. byVIRGINIA is not responsible for delays due to customs.
